After ordering how long for a delivery date to be confirmed?

After you have placed your order, it can take some time for a final delivery date to be confirmed depending on the product itself. The answer is some are and some aren't, depending on the chosen colour. If a standard colour is chosen then it will be that colour throughout the skin of the door. However, if a custom RAL colour is chosen then the door is ‘colour bonded’ and the paint is essentially baked onto the door’s surface. Both options provide a strong finish and are guaranteed for 10 years with a life expectancy of 35 years!

Are composite doors soundproof?

No, they are not sound proof, although they do offer good sound insulation properties. The best composite door type we offer for soundproofing is the standard composite doors range, as they are filled with a dense polyurethane foam material.

Yes you can, we hold your order for 24 hours before putting it into production so you can within this time. How do I measure my existing door or window?

Measuring your existing door or window correctly is important, so we've put together a measuring guide for you. But remember if you're unsure please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.

How does the door arrive to me?

The door is packaged for transportation in protective wrapping and delivered on our own delivery vehicles to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please note that glass and panels come separately for transportation purposes. Also a suitably fit person should be on site to assist the driver with unloading.

How long does delivery take?

The vast majority of our deliveries are made within 2 weeks of the order being placed, and include all stocked materials. However some profile colours are not stocked and need to be made at time of order, and in these cases delivery can by approximately 4 weeks. Please see our delivery page for full details.

How many keys does my door come with?

All our doors come with 3x keys as standard; these can easily be cut-copied at your local key cutting merchant. If you require more keys we recommend having copies cut yourself, as the locking cylinders we supply are only available with 3x keys.
